2222 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Sexually Violent 4

3030 NGENERAL.—Section 301(c)(1) of the Adam 3
3131 Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (34 U.S.C. 4
3232 20971(c)(1)) is amended— 5
3333 (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) and 6
3434 (B) as clauses (i) and (ii), respectively, and by mov-7
3535 ing such clauses, as redesignated, 2 ems to the right; 8
3636 (2) in clause (ii), as redesignated, by striking 9
3737 the period and inserting ‘‘; and’’; 10
3838 (3) by striking ‘‘shall, before the expiration of 11
3939 the compliance period—’’ and inserting the fol-12
4040 lowing: ‘‘shall— 13
4141 ‘‘(A) before the expiration of the compli-14
4242 ance period—’’; and 15
4343 (4) by adding at the end the following: 16
4444 ‘‘(B) submit to the Attorney General a list 17
4545 of individuals who were convicted of a sexually 18
4646 dangerous offense in the previous fiscal year.’’. 19

5050 of 2006 (34 U.S.C. 20971) is amended by adding at the 22

6464 EDICAID.—Subject to paragraph (3), pay-5
6565 ment under section 1903(a) of the Social Security 6
6666 Act (42 U.S.C. 1396b(a)) shall not be made to a 7
6767 State with respect to medical assistance furnished to 8
6868 a specified individual under a State plan (or waiver 9
6969 of such plan) under title XIX of such Act (42 10
7070 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.). 11

7272 EDICARE.—Subject to paragraph (3), a 12
7373 specified individual shall be deemed to be ineligible 13

7575 (A) hospital insurance benefits under part 15

7878 (B) supplementary medical insurance bene-18
7979 fits under part B of title XVIII of such Act (42 19

8282 XCEPTION.—Paragraphs (1) and (2) shall 21
8383 not apply in the case of an individual who is an in-22
8484 patient of a hospital or a skilled nursing facility (as 23
8585 such terms are defined in title XVIII of the Social 24
8686 Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.)) and receives 25

9393 PECIFIED INDIVIDUAL DEFINED .—In this 3
9494 subsection, the term ‘‘specified individual’’ means an 4
9595 individual who has been convicted of a sexually vio-5
9696 lent offense and has been determined to be a sexu-6
9797 ally dangerous person (as such term is defined in 7
9898 section 301(e) of the Adam Walsh Child Protection 8
9999 and Safety Act of 2006 (34 U.S.C. 20971(e))). 9
