37 | 37 | | 505 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act 9 |

39 | 39 | | (2) imposing or maintaining any risk evaluation 11 |

40 | 40 | | and mitigation strategy for an abortion drug under 12 |
---|
41 | 41 | | section 505–1 of such Act (21 U.S.C. 355–1). 13 |
