Federal Government, in areas ranging from airline 2
safety to the military. 3
(2) This was a concerted effort stemming from 4
President Biden’s first day in office, when he issued 5
Executive Order 13985, ‘‘Advancing Racial Equity 6

follow-on orders, nearly every Federal agency and 10
entity submitted ‘‘Equity Action Plans’’ to detail the 11
ways that they have furthered DEIs infiltration of 12
the Federal Government. 13
(4) The public release of these plans dem-14
onstrated immense public waste and shameful dis-15
crimination. 16
(5) That ends today. Americans deserve a Gov-17
ernment committed to serving every person with 18
equal dignity and respect, and to expending precious 19
taxpayer resources only on making America great. 20
