| 45 | 45 | | harassment’’ means unwelcome sexual advances, re-15 |

| 46 | 46 | | quests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical 16 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | conduct of a sexual nature that explicitly or implic-17 |
|---|
| 48 | 48 | | itly affect an individual’s employment, unreasonably 18 |
|---|
| 49 | 49 | | interfere with an individual’s work performance, or 19 |
|---|
| 50 | 50 | | create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work en-20 |

| 67 | 67 | | quired under paragraph (1) shall include an analysis 6 |

| 68 | 68 | | of punishments for sexual harassment and sexual as-7 |
|---|
| 69 | 69 | | sault as of the date of enactment of this Act in fa-8 |
|---|
| 70 | 70 | | cilities controlled by the Bureau of Prisons, includ-9 |
|---|
| 71 | 71 | | ing data on the use of such punishments during the 10 |
|---|
| 72 | 72 | | 5-year period preceding the date of enactment of 11 |
|---|
| 73 | 73 | | this Act. 12 |

| 75 | 75 | | EPORT.—Not later than 180 days after com-13 |

| 76 | 76 | | pleting the review and analysis under subsection (b)(1), 14 |

| 77 | 77 | | the Inspector General shall submit to the Attorney Gen-15 |

| 78 | 78 | | eral and to the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate 16 |

| 79 | 79 | | and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Rep-17 |

| 80 | 80 | | resentatives a report that summarizes the findings of the 18 |
