| 37 | 37 | | such a spouse who, prior to January 20, 2025, was eligible 7 |

| 44 | 44 | | House of Representatives and the Committee on Home-13 |

| 45 | 45 | | land Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate, 14 |

| 46 | 46 | | and publish such report on the public website of the Gov-15 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | ernment Accountability Office. Such report shall include— 16 |

| 48 | 48 | | (1) the total number of employees described in 17 |
|---|
| 49 | 49 | | subsection (a); 18 |

| 50 | 50 | | (2) the average distance (in miles) such employ-19 |

| 51 | 51 | | ees would commute if required to report to work in- 20 |
