Disapproving of the rule submitted by the Department of
Homeland Security relating to ‘‘Modernizing H–2 Pro-
gram Requirements, Oversight, and Worker Protections’’.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the De-3
partment of Homeland Security relating to ‘‘Modernizing 4
H–2 Program Requirements, Oversight, and Worker Pro-5
tections’’ (89 Fed. Reg. 103202), and such rule shall have 6
no force or effect. 7
