2020 PPLICATION.—This resolution shall apply to the 3

2222 (1) Office buildings of the House of Represent-5

2424 (2) Any office or facility used by the leadership 7
2525 of the House of Representatives for official pur-8

3535 XCEPTION.—Nothing in this resolution shall 5
3636 apply to the individual personal office space of a Member 6

3838 SEC. 2. AUTHORIZED FLAG DISPLAYS. 8
3939 In any location covered by section 1, the only flags 9
4040 that may be displayed are the following: 10
4141 (1) The United States flag, as defined in sec-11
4242 tion 700(b) of title 18, United States Code. 12
4343 (2) The official House of Representatives flags 13
4444 and insignia. 14
4545 (3) The State flag of the represented district of 15
4646 a Member of the House of Representatives, dis-16
4747 played adjacent to the office of such Member. 17
4848 (4) A military service flag. 18
4949 (5) The POW/MIA flag. 19
5050 (6) Any flag eligible to be displayed in the Hall 20
5151 of Tribal Nations of the Bureau of Indian Affairs 21
5252 Museum Program. 22
5353 (7) The flags of visiting foreign dignitaries dur-23
5454 ing an official visit. 24

5959 The Administration Committee of the House of Rep-2

6161 application of this resolution, including by— 4
6262 (1) establishing a process for reviewing and ap-5
6363 proving temporary exceptions; and 6
6464 (2) implementing a timeline for compliance with 7
6565 the requirements of this resolution, including an ini-8
6666 tial implementation date that is not later than 30 9
6767 days after the date of enactment of this resolution. 10
