IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES JANUARY9, 2025 Mr. L ALOTA(for himself, Mr. GARBARINO, Ms. MALLIOTAKIS, and Mr. L AWLER) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure RESOLUTION Expressing opposition to Central Business District Tolling Program of New York City.
