1919 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
2020 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Increasing Access to 4
2121 Dental Insurance Act’’. 5
2222 SEC. 2. STANDALONE DENTAL PLANS. 6
2323 Section 1321 of the Patient Protection and Afford-7
2424 able Care Act (42 U.S.C. 18041) is amended by adding 8

2929 ‘‘(f) AVAILABILITY OF STANDALONE DENTAL 1

3131 LANS.—The Secretary may not restrict any qualified in-2
3232 dividual from enrolling in a plan described in section 3
3333 1311(d)(2)(B)(ii) offered through an Exchange estab-4
3434 lished pursuant to subsection (c) on the basis of such 5
3535 qualified individual not being also enrolled in a qualified 6
3636 health plan offered through the Exchange.’’. 7
