| 36 | 36 | | on December 2, 2024 (89 Fed. Reg. 95348), including the 8 |

| 37 | 37 | | terms and conditions of the exemption described in para-9 |

| 38 | 38 | | graphs 2., 3., 4., 5., and 6. of section VII. B. of the notice 10 |

| 44 | 44 | | exemption described in subsection (a) to submit to the 15 |

| 45 | 45 | | Secretary an annual report for each those 6 years describ-16 |

| 46 | 46 | | ing the number of drivers that obtain a commercial driv-17 |
