3232 EPORT TO CONGRESS.—Not later than 18 5
3333 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Sec-6
3434 retary of Health and Human Services shall submit to Con-7
3535 gress a report containing information on authorities and 8
3636 State practices for covering remote physiological moni-9
3737 toring devices, including limitations and barriers to such 10
3838 coverage and the impact on maternal health outcomes, and 11
3939 to the extent appropriate, recommendations on how to ad-12
4040 dress such limitations or barriers related to coverage of 13
4141 remote physiologic devices under State Medicaid pro-14
4242 grams, including, but not limited to, pulse oximeters, blood 15
4343 pressure cuffs, scales, and blood glucose monitors, with 16
4444 the goal of improving maternal and child health outcomes 17
4545 for pregnant and postpartum women enrolled in State 18
4646 Medicaid programs. 19

4848 TATERESOURCES.—Not later than 6 months 20
4949 after the submission of the report required by subsection 21
5050 (a), the Secretary shall update resources for State Med-22
5151 icaid programs, such as State Medicaid telehealth toolkits, 23
5252 to be consistent with the recommendations provided in 24
5353 such report. 25
