| 32 | 32 | | STABLISHMENT.—There is established in the 2 |

| 34 | 34 | | shall be known as the ‘‘Southern Border Wall Construc-4 |

| 35 | 35 | | tion Fund’’ (referred to in this section as the ‘‘Fund’’). 5 |
