Coronavirus State and local fiscal recovery funds to such

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Build the Wall Act 4
of 2025’’. 5

SEC. 2. SOUTHERN BORDER WALL CONSTRUCTION FUND. 1
(a) E
STABLISHMENT.—There is established in the 2
general fund of the Treasury a separate account, which 3
shall be known as the ‘‘Southern Border Wall Construc-4
tion Fund’’ (referred to in this section as the ‘‘Fund’’). 5

EPOSITS.—Notwithstanding any other provision 6
of law, there shall be immediately deposited into the Fund 7
all of the unobligated amounts in the Coronavirus State 8
and local fiscal recovery funds established under sections 9
602 and 603 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 802 10
and 803). 11
(c) U
SE OFFUNDS.—Amounts in the Fund shall be 12
used by the Secretary of Homeland Security to construct 13
and maintain physical barriers along the southern inter-14
national border of the United States. 15
