2929 Chapter 903 of title 10, United States Code, is 3
3030 amended by adding at the end the following new section: 4
3131 ‘‘§ 9026. Air Force Technical Training Center of Ex-5

3333 ‘‘(a) E
3434 STABLISHMENT.—The Secretary of the Air 7
3535 Force shall operate a Technical Training Center of Excel-8
3636 lence. The head of the Center shall be the designee of the 9
3737 Commander of the Airmen Development Command. 10
3838 ‘‘(b) P
3939 URPOSES.—The purposes of the Center shall 11
4040 be to— 12
4141 ‘‘(1) facilitate collaboration among all Air Force 13
4242 technical training installations; 14
4343 ‘‘(2) serve as a premier training location for all 15
4444 maintainers throughout the military departments; 16
4545 ‘‘(3) publish a set of responsibilities aimed at 17
4646 driving excellence, innovation, and leadership across 18
4747 all technical training specialties; 19
4848 ‘‘(4) advocate for innovative improvements in 20
4949 curriculum, facilities, and medial; 21
5050 ‘‘(5) foster outreach with industry and aca-22
5151 demia; 23
5252 ‘‘(6) identify and promulgate best practices, 24
5353 standards, and benchmarks; 25

6363 OCATION.—The Secretary shall select a loca-6
6464 tion for the Center that is an Air Force installation that 7
