21 | 21 | | SEC. 2. PROHIBITED PROVISION OF A PHONE. 6 |

42 | 42 | | reau of Prisons pertaining to inmates who make, 14 |

43 | 43 | | possess, obtain, or attempt to make or obtain a pro-15 |

44 | 44 | | hibited object, as defined in section 1791(d)(1) of 16 |

45 | 45 | | title 18, United States Code; and 17 |

46 | 46 | | (2) update those policies as needed to improve 18 |
