| 43 | 43 | | guidance that governs relations with Taiwan, 14 |

| 44 | 44 | | including the periodic memorandum entitled, 15 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | ‘Guidelines on Relations with Taiwan’ and re-16 |

| 46 | 46 | | lated documents, and reissue such guidance to 17 |

| 47 | 47 | | executive branch departments and agencies; and 18 |
