17	17	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
18	18	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
19	19	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
20	20	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Historic Roadways 4
21	21	Protection Act’’. 5
22	22	SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON USE OF USE OF FUNDS TO FINAL-6
23	23	IZE AND IMPLEMENT CERTAIN TRAVEL MAN-7
24	24	AGEMENT PLANS IN THE STATE OF UTAH. 8

31	31	ble period’’ means the period that begins on the date 2
32	32	of enactment of this Act and ends on the date on 3
33	33	which the Secretary certifies to Congress that each 4
34	34	of the R.S. 2477 cases has been adjudicated. 5

37	37	The term ‘‘covered travel management area’’ means 7
38	38	any of the following travel management areas in the 8
39	39	State of Utah: 9
