43	43		Section 1. Section 58-3a-501 is amended to read:

45	45		58-3a-501 . Unlawful conduct.

47	47		"Unlawful conduct" includes:

49	49		(1) except as provided in Subsection 58-3a-304(1), using the title "architect" or any other

51	51		words, letters, or abbreviations indicating that the person using them is an architect if the

53	53		person has not been licensed under this chapter, except as provided in Subsection
