2929+(i) an authorized representative of the commission or the department; or

2933+(4)(a) An on-premise banquet licensee is not subject to Subsection 32B-5-302(1), but

2935+shall make and maintain the records described in Subsection 32B-5-302(2) and the

2933-shall make and maintain the records described in Subsection 32B-5-302(2) and the
