1519 WHEREAS, for 100 years, The Salvation Army of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County has remained dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ while providing care and support to all of those in need; and

1721 WHEREAS, 60 years after the founding of the international movement known as The Salvation Army, an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church, The Salvation Army of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County was founded on June 27, 1925; and

2933 RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly hereby commend The Salvation Army of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County on the occasion of the organization's 100th anniversary; and, be it
