1319 WHEREAS, The Sweet Spot, a dessert bar with multiple locations in Virginia Beach, has enhanced the dining scene in Virginia Beach through its creative offerings; and

1521 WHEREAS, The Sweet Spot is best known for its lively pink decor and its signature milkshakes, decadent creations made with dozens of flavors of premium ice cream and other toppings and served in Mason jars that customers can keep as souvenirs; and
