1319 WHEREAS, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Lloyd Eaves, USA, a helicopter pilot with the United States Army, died during a training mission on January 29, 2025; and

1521 WHEREAS, Andrew Eaves grew up in Brooksville, Mississippi, and served as a member of the United States Navy from August 2007 to September 2010, before becoming a Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk pilot with the United States Army; and

1723 WHEREAS, over the course of his military career, Andrew Eaves was stationed in Virginia, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Mississippi, in addition to overseas postings; and

1925 WHEREAS, Andrew Eaves was most recently stationed at Fort Belvoir in Fairfax County, where he was a member of the 12th Aviation Battalion, under the United States Army Military District of Washington; and
