1319 WHEREAS, Thelma R. Pemberton-Abbott, an instructional assistant at Mount Vernon Woods Elementary School was named an Outstanding School-Based Operational Employee by Fairfax County Public Schools in 2024; and

1521 WHEREAS, Thelma Pemberton-Abbott has devoted 25 years to Mount Vernon Woods Elementary School as an instructional assistant, providing exemplary support to facilitate class management and small-group instruction; and
