1719 WHEREAS, Keyshawn Davis, a native of Norfolk and one of American boxing's brightest stars, claimed the World Boxing Organization lightweight title at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City on February 14, 2025; and

1921 WHEREAS, Keyshawn Davis dominated from the outset of the match against the previously unbeaten Denys Berinchyk and knocked out the former champion with a powerful left hook in the fourth round; and
