| 33 | + | corresponding Internal Revenue Code section of the United States, as from 4 |

| 34 | + | time to time amended. The Commissioner shall notify the State Treasurer 5 |

| 35 | + | within 30 days of the postponement of any authorized projects for which bonds 6 |

| 37 | + | (2) Consult with the State Treasurer regarding implementation of 8 |
|---|
| 38 | + | projects in each capital appropriations act, including the disposition of assets 9 |
|---|
| 39 | + | purchased with capital appropriations, with regard to satisfactory resolution of 10 |

| 40 | + | issues associated with legal and tax-exempt status of outstanding State bonds. 11 |

| 41 | + | (3) On or before January 15 of each new legislative biennium, study and 12 |

| 42 | + | submit to the General Assembly a report that examines whether any of the 13 |

| 43 | + | State’s real property, including underutilized lots in population centers, is 14 |
