| 43 | 43 | | (C) a law enforcement officer who has been certified by the Vermont 15 |

| 44 | 44 | | Criminal Justice Council pursuant to 20 V.S.A. § 2358; or 16 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | (D) support staff in a public safety department. 17 |
