This bill also proposes to require 12 the Agency to design and implement stormwater management system 13 upgrades, including larger culverts, reinforced ditches, and drainage systems 14 capable of managing severe weather events. This bill also proposes to require 15 the Agency to develop a statewide asset management system to track flood 16 response equipment availability, trained personnel, and critical resource 17 locations. This bill also proposes to procure and provide State-funded regional 18 fleets of vacuum trucks and other heavy-duty equipment to assist 19 municipalities with debris removal and maintenance of flood mitigation 20 systems.
