| 16 | 16 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |

| 18 | 18 | | SECTION 1. 632.32 (6) (d) of the statutes is created to read: |

| 19 | 19 | | 632.32 (6) (d) No policy may insure against liability for exposing a person to, |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | or infecting a person with, an infectious disease while occupying a motor vehicle. In |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | this paragraph, “infectious disease” includes a sexually transmitted disease, as |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | defined in s. 252.11 (1), or communicable disease, as defined in s. 990.01 (5g). |
