| 15 | 15 | | the state or by a city, village, or county or that are an accredited member of the |

| 16 | 16 | | American Zoo and Aquarium Association, are exempt from these license |

| 17 | 17 | | requirements. |

| 18 | 18 | | This bill expands the definition of “public zoos and aquariums” to include those |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | that are accredited members of the Zoological Association of America. |
