| 16 | 16 | | bill requires school boards and governing bodies of private schools to make |

| 17 | 17 | | accessible, as part of a first aid kit, an anti-choking device that is registered as a |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | Class I or Class II medical device with the United States Food and Drug |

| 19 | 19 | | Administration. The bill also requires school boards and the governing bodies of |

| 20 | 20 | | private schools to annually provide training on the use of anti-choking devices |

| 21 | 21 | | according to the device manufacturer's instructions. |
