| 16 | + | and the crime of sexual assault. In the definitions in current law, if the perpetrator |

| 17 | + | intentionally touches the victim's intimate parts, or if the perpetrator instructs the |

| 18 | + | victim to intentionally touch the intimate parts of the perpetrator or another person, |

| 19 | + | for the purpose of sexually degrading or sexually humiliating the victim or sexually |

| 20 | + | arousing or sexually gratifying the perpetrator, then it is “sexual contact.” Under |

| 21 | + | this bill, “sexual contact” also includes when the victim is made to touch the |

| 22 | + | ejaculate, urine, or feces of any person upon instruction from the perpetrator, upon |
|---|
| 23 | + | the use or threat of force or violence by the perpetrator, or upon an intentional act |

| 24 | + | of the perpetrator, if the purpose is to sexually degrade or sexually humiliate the |

| 25 | + | victim or sexually arouse or sexually gratify the perpetrator. |
