2023 WISCONSIN ACT
AN ACT relating to: hunting wild animals with the aid of a dog, dog training on wild animals, and dog trialing on
wild animals in the northern portion of the state.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in
senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SECTION 1. NR 10.07 (1) (i) of the administrative
code is repealed.
SECTION 2. NR 13.30 (2) (g) 6. of the administrative
code is repealed.
SECTION 3. NR 17.001 (7) of the administrative code
is repealed.
SECTION 4. NR 17.04 (2) (b) of the administrative
code is repealed.
SECTION 5. NR 17.04 (3) (a) of the administrative
code is repealed.
SECTION 6. NR 17.04 (4) of the administrative code
is repealed.
SECTION 7. NR 17.08 (2) (b) of the administrative
code is repealed.
SECTION 8. NR 17.08 (3) (a) of the administrative
code is repealed.
SECTION 9. NR 17.08 (4) of the administrative code
is repealed.
