Date of enactment: 2023 Assembly Bill 512 Date of publication*: 2023 WISCONSIN ACT AN ACT relating to: hunting wild animals with the aid of a dog, dog training on wild animals, and dog trialing on wild animals in the northern portion of the state. The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows: SECTION 1. NR 10.07 (1) (i) of the administrative code is repealed. SECTION 2. NR 13.30 (2) (g) 6. of the administrative code is repealed. SECTION 3. NR 17.001 (7) of the administrative code is repealed. SECTION 4. NR 17.04 (2) (b) of the administrative code is repealed. SECTION 5. NR 17.04 (3) (a) of the administrative code is repealed. SECTION 6. NR 17.04 (4) of the administrative code is repealed. SECTION 7. NR 17.08 (2) (b) of the administrative code is repealed. SECTION 8. NR 17.08 (3) (a) of the administrative code is repealed. SECTION 9. NR 17.08 (4) of the administrative code is repealed. * Section 991.11, WISCONSIN STATUTES: Effective date of acts. “Every act and every portion of an act enacted by the legislature over the governor’s partial veto which does not expressly prescribe the time when it takes effect shall take effect on the day after its date of publication.”
