2023 WISCONSIN ACT 202
AN ACT relating to: modifying administrative rules of the Department of Transportation relating to the location
of driver schools.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in
senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SECTION 2. Trans 105.06 (5) (b) of the administrative
code is amended to read:
Trans 105.06 (5) (b) The municipality where the
department office is located has a population less than
10,000 and the business district in which the office is
located is less than 1500 feet long 15,000.
SECTION 3.0Effective date.
(1) Notwithstanding s. 227.265, this act takes effect
on the day after publication.
