| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 1. 990.01 (29) of the statutes is amended to read: |

| 25 | 25 | | 990.01 (29) POPULATION. “Population" means that shown by the most recent |

| 27 | 27 | | districts under ch. 3 and legislative districts under ch. 4, individuals confined to |
