2023 WISCONSIN ACT 166
AN ACT to create 943.23 (1) (b) 2m. of the statutes; relating to: removing a catalytic converter without consent
and providing a penalty.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in
senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SECTION 1. 943.23 (1) (b) 2m. of the statutes is cre-
ated to read:
943.23 (1) (b) 2m. The catalytic converter.
