| 18 | 18 | | SECTION 1. 59.53 (3) of the statutes is renumbered 59.53 (3) (intro.) and |

| 19 | 19 | | amended to read: |

| 20 | 20 | | 59.53 (3) COMMUNITY ACTION AND NONPROFIT AGENCIES. (intro.) The board may |

| 21 | 21 | | appropriate funds for promoting any of the following purposes: |
