1212 AN ACT to repeal 66.1010 of the statutes; relating to: repealing the prohibition
1313 against local governments enacting or enforcing an eviction moratorium on a

1616 Under current law, no city, village, town, or county may enact or enforce an
1717 ordinance that imposes a moratorium on a landlord from pursuing an eviction action
1818 against a tenant of the landlord's residential or commercial property.
1919 This bill repeals that provision.

2222 The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
