| 16 | 16 | | this state unless the person possesses a valid operator's license. Additional |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | endorsements are required for the operation of certain vehicles. An “F” endorsement |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | authorizes a seasonal farm employee who is eligible for a restricted commercial |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | driver license under federal law to operate certain commercial vehicles for a seasonal |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | period not to exceed 180 days in any calendar year. This bill increases the seasonal |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | period for an “F” endorsement to 210 days. |

| 22 | 22 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | enact as follows: |

| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 1. 343.17 (3) (d) 1g. of the statutes is amended to read: |

| 25 | 25 | | 343.17 (3) (d) 1g. “F" endorsement, which authorizes a seasonal employee of |

| 26 | 26 | | a farm service industry employer who is eligible for a restricted commercial driver |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | license under applicable federal law or regulation to operate “Class B" and “Class C" |

| 28 | 28 | | vehicles as described in s. 343.04 (1) (b) and (c) for a seasonal period not to exceed 180 |
