| 15 | 15 | | agents. Current law exempts certain retail food establishments from the annual |

| 16 | 16 | | license requirement, including retail establishments that are primarily engaged in |

| 17 | 17 | | selling fresh fruits and vegetables, honey, cider, or maple syrup, and retail food |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | establishments where popcorn is popped, if these retail food establishments are not |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | required to obtain a license to sell or process other food. |

| 20 | 20 | | This bill adds retail food establishments that sell or process cotton candy, if the |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | retail food establishment is not required to obtain a license to sell or process any |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | other food. |
