| 17 | 17 | | drug use, and school attendance, during the time between the plea hearing and the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | conclusion of any fact-finding hearing or any disposition hearing. An order |

| 19 | 19 | | restricting a juvenile's conduct may be entered after the juvenile submits a denial at |

| 20 | 20 | | a plea hearing. |

| 21 | 21 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |

| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 1. 938.30 (2r) of the statutes is created to read: |

| 24 | 24 | | 938.30 (2r) PRE-DISPOSITION RESTRICTIONS. If the juvenile initially enters a |
