21 | 21 | | Whereas, Wisconsin continues to set records for the number of registered |

22 | 22 | | apprentices, which hit a record high in 2022 with nearly 16,000, and the same is true |

23 | 23 | | for the youth apprenticeship program with over 8,300 students participating with |
