2023 WISCONSIN ACT 110
AN ACT to create 350.12 (4) (bg) 3. of the statutes; relating to: modifying administrative rules related to supplemen-
tal aid for snowmobile trail maintenance and granting rule−making authority.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in
senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SECTION 1. 350.12 (4) (bg) 3. of the statutes is created
to read:
350.12 (4) (bg) 3. The department may, by rule, limit
the amount of aid under this paragraph to 5 times the per
mile maximum for maintenance specified under par. (b)
1.
SECTION 2. NR 50.09 (4) (f) 3. of the administrative
code is amended to read:
NR 50.09 (4) (f) 3. All counties qualifying under
subd.1. are subject to a cap of 3 5 times the per mile max-
imum for maintenance specified under s. 350.12 (4) (b)
1., Stats., for all eligible snowmobile maintenance activi-
ties in the calculation of a supplemental snowmobile
maintenance payment.
