| 15 | 15 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |

| 16 | 16 | | enact as follows: |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | SECTION 1. 59.53 (3) of the statutes is renumbered 59.53 (3) (intro.) and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | amended to read: |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 59.53 (3) COMMUNITY ACTION AND NONPROFIT AGENCIES. (intro.) The board may |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | appropriate funds for promoting any of the following purposes: |

| 21 | 21 | | (a) Promoting and assisting any community action agency under s. 49.265, and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | for making. |
