| 20 | + | the Law Enforcement Standards Board authorizes the reimbursement to political |

| 21 | + | subdivisions of approved expenses. This bill requires LESB to pay the law |

| 22 | + | enforcement agency for the approved preparatory expenses. Under current law, the |

| 23 | + | approved expenses for annual recertification training must include at least $160 per |

| 24 | + | law enforcement officer. This bill increases the minimum amount per officer to $320 |
