| 12 | 12 | | This bill requires the Department of Corrections to establish and maintain on |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | its website an interactive reporting system that is updated every 72 hours and that |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | reports all of the following complaint data for each state correctional institution: |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 1. The total number of complaints filed in the current calendar year. |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 2. For every complaint filed, all complaint data, disaggregated, in a format that |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | is searchable by each category of information contained in the complaint and that |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | does not contain any personally identifying information for an inmate or employee |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | of the state correctional institution. |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | The reporting system must be established within six months of the bill's |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | passage. |
