| 14 | 14 | | Currently, the Office of Energy Innovation in the Public Service Commission |

| 15 | 15 | | administers the Energy Innovation Grant Program, which is funded with federal |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | money from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The EIGP awards |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | grants for projects related to energy efficiency and innovation. |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | This bill appropriates $10,000,000 in general purpose revenue in each fiscal |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | year of the 2023-25 fiscal biennium for the EIGP. |
