| 27 | 27 | | SECTION 1. 36.49 (4) of the statutes is amended to read: |

| 29 | 29 | | scholarships,” which shall be based only on merit, to students who are enrolled in an |

| 38 | 38 | | state or been granted a high school diploma by the administrator of a home-based |
