27 | 27 | | SECTION 1. 36.49 (4) of the statutes is amended to read: |

28 | 28 | | 36.49 (4) Award the balance in annual scholarships called “Wisconsin Merit |
---|
29 | 29 | | scholarships,” which shall be based only on merit, to students who are enrolled in an |
