| 13 | 13 | | public records law. Under the bill, a judicial security profile form is a form completed |

| 14 | 14 | | by or on behalf of a current or former judicial officer, such as a judge or court |

| 15 | 15 | | commissioner, and used to develop an emergency response plan. |

| 16 | 16 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |

| 17 | 17 | | enact as follows: |

| 18 | 18 | | SECTION 1. 19.36 (14) of the statutes is created to read: |

| 19 | 19 | | 19.36 (14) JUDICIAL SECURITY PROFILES. (a) In this subsection: |

| 20 | 20 | | 1. “Judicial officer" means any of the following, whether living or deceased: |

| 21 | 21 | | a. A justice or former justice of the supreme court. |

| 22 | 22 | | b. A judge or former judge of the court of appeals. |

| 23 | 23 | | c. A judge or former judge of any circuit court. |
