23 | 23 | | specialty schools provide instruction on the dynamics of exploitation including |

24 | 24 | | vulnerabilities that put people at risk of being trafficked and how to recognize and |

25 | 25 | | report suspected human trafficking as identified by DOJ under the bill. |
