| 15 | 15 | | Whereas, an estimated 80 percent of cardiovascular disease can be prevented; |

| 17 | 17 | | Whereas, increasing community awareness of the risks, such as diabetes, high |

| 18 | 18 | | blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, and lack of regular physical activity, can |

| 20 | 20 | | Whereas, communities, health professionals, and families can work together to |
